Monthly Reporting to assist in tracking marketing dollars.
Monthly Leads List for your Leasing Consultants to utilize for reporting leases, entering notes about their follow up, sending follow up emails and setting appointments.
No more than 3 hour average response time per day.
Quarterly phone conferences with Marketing Staff to ensure quality of service and to provide feedback on operations.
eLeasing Solutions, Inc. will provide a step-by-step instruction manual for onsite leasing staff to utilize.
We provide a Concession to those shoppers that lease via a coupon to a local restaurant.
